Judith was appointed as a director in 2014 and is an admitted attorney, notary and conveyancer. She provides innovative solutions to the ever-changing circumstances in the market, whether from a legal or commercial perspective. Her passion and forte lies in all aspects of commercial property transactions and conveyancing, including advice on property development in relation to commercial, urban, coastal and residential areas. Advice can also be provided on cluster and sectional title developments, sale and purchase agreements, leases, development agreements and building contracts. Where required, she is able to assist in setting up special purpose vehicles for property investors and developers.
